Patient: Private Marsh.

Ex soldier to the Equestrian Army, and Ponyville's most prolific serial killer. Known to have murdered his own Wife and Children. He wears their skin to hide his own flesh, which is decaying due to the poison joke.

Was brought in on 7th July. Estimated number of kills 18.

7th July: Patient dosed up with a strong sedative, Places in cell "4B North". Chained, Muzzled, and braced. Horn is too decayed for use. His flesh is rotting, and the severed skin does not make it all the more pleasant.

9th July: I gave him his fluids,

Had great difficulty due to his constant writhing and screaming.

12th July: Upon entering his cell this morning, 

I say writing on the wall

behind him. how he managed to write 

with all the restraints is beyond me.

The writings are a plea for help and redemption,

I want to talk to him.

14th July: After convincing my superiors,

The patient is partially sedated

and his mask is removed.

His skin has peeled off with the mask

exposing his jaw and teeth

even more disturbing is that he isn't bothered by it.

The rest of his skin has decayed more and is peeling off,

exposing more of his muscle tissue and bone

he smells terrible.

He speaks, in a calm, yet pleading whisper

"He's making me do it, kill him to free me!"

The muzzle is replaced and I schedule and X-Ray.

16th July: X-Ray reveals the decaying is internal as well,

his brain is severely damaged, which possibly caused his psychopathic murderous rage.

A loving husband, father, and war hero, turned into a psychopathic killer.

17th July: Patient executed at 6:00 am by Electrocution,

under the eyes of the public

and her royal highness Princess Celestia. Death sentence was successful.

His final words: "Thank You".
